OMG where do I begin. The staff are some of the worst people in the hospitality industry. They are some of the rudest most curt individuals. Only swear words can describe them. The rooms were not ready on arrival and the hotel employee committed credit card fraud and used my credit card for another guest, and charged me the full amount of an extended stay. I would tell anyone to stay far away from this h***hole.

Thank goodness I only had to stay here one night. The rooms were not clean, the toilet did not work properly, and the hallways smelled like trash. When I checked in, the room they sent me to was already occupied. I went back to the front desk and they gave me a new room. One hour later, I was settling in to my room and I heard someone trying to get into my room. The woman checked the next person into my room. I don't think she knew what she was doing at all.

Dangerous and dirty

This place is not safe at all. And it is filthy. Dog poop in the foyer, people living in their cars in the parking lot, the whole place reeked of weed. Loud parties in the hallway, etc. It's more like a flophouse. We felt so unsafe that we left.

Miserably rude staff

The staff here couldn’t possibly be anymore rude and unprofessional. They hate their job and make sure everyone else knows it. This place is also just really dirty, outdated, sketchy and just nasty. During our stay some rooms were getting updated, it’s not enough and really doesn’t make up for the staff. Non smoking yet the whole place wreaked of cigarettes and weed. Also overheard some sketchy things that really made me wish I was anywhere else. Out of all my recent hotel stays, motel 6 has been the best lol sooo what does that tell you.

I have stayed at several extended stay america hotels but this one is by far the greatest. I honestly feel like if you have any problem they will make sure to take care of it. Excellent management and wonderful staff members. The manager here at this location is such a hard working woman. Gabbie goes above and beyond to make sure each and every person is taken care of. She has such an amazing positive attitude even when she is faced with difficulties. I promise with a manager like this its no wonder that this place is ran so well. I also appreciate hardworkers like Chi and several others. Chi is always proactive and positive. This woman knows how to give great customer service. When I walk up to the front desk she is always attentive and ready to answer any questions I might have. There is also a very tall guy who works at night usually and he is just as awesome, I can't remember his name but he is definitely a hardworker and tries to make sure everyone is taken care of. I will always keep coming here becasue the customer service and the prices are FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! Everybody keep up the great work!!11
